Could you try to re-install this? It should not show as an imaging device but under CL Devices group. If possible you may have to manually search and install by right clicking on it from device manager.

Same result! i removed the drivers completly, made a hardware scan, it shows under other devices as USB camera-B4.09.24.1 made a manual install via device manager and goes imediatly to the image devices as Ps3eye camera. And doenst work.

This is really frustrating, dont know what to do!!

Did you run the installer? Make sure you “Run as Admin”. It is very odd that it is not showing properly under device manager under the CL Devices group.

As am I. Windows 8.1.
Uninstalled the device; re-installed, as Administrator, and it shows the CL driver is loaded. Device appears in the Image Devices group.

Have you tried to run CL Eye Test app as an Admin?

In order to fix the Win 8.1 issue you need to disable driver enforcement. Right click on the Windows Start Icon on the bottom left > Choose Shutdown or Sign out then hold the Shift Key and press Restart. Click on Troubleshoot > Startup Settings. On the next screen you should see some options. Choose 7 - Disable Driver Enforcement and continue into windows. Install the driver as normal now and reboot. Everything should be working. I can’t seem to get the audio working though. It’s installed but not picking up anything.

Is there an update on this issue?  It’s showing as an imaging device for me also, and won’t work in any app.

I’m running Windows 7 64.

Yeah’ me too, mine won’t even work in the test app but when I originally installed it - it was working fine & all I’ve done is re-installed my op system & obviously re-installed CL-Eye Driver v5.3.0.341 & now it won’t even work in it’s OWN test program & it’s driving me nucking futs!
