Hi there. Im tryign to activate Studio Live however when I punch in the code the activate button stays grey and I cannot activate. You know what this could be?

Problem solved. I tried to copy the key to a text file to bring to my other machine. For some reason, even though the letters were exactly the same the text file changed the formatting a bit and stopped it from activating. Going directly to the site, copy, paste did the trick.

hi i have the
same problem i tried going direct to my account and then copy paste but still stays grey it just says activating for a very long time and goes no where!! , then when i stop and try to restart i have to re install each time how do i activate

here is the screen shot the pc just stays like this its on line when i force it to shut down after min 30-40mins and restart it asks me to re install screen 2 image

Hi Kris have downloaded the linked file still same problem when trying to activate i copy and paste direct from my web account the code and again stil just sits doing nothing

Do you connect to the web via a proxy or directly?
Are you logged in as an Administrator when running the Studio?

I will have to check on the internet proxy when i am back home am out of town till weekend i think that may be the problem. Thanks

hi yeah it was cos i was via proxy when direct it activate no problem. Off to play with it now many thanks

major activting issues over here as well .. running win 7 ultimate x64 .. running cs studio as administrator ...  no proxy .. cant get past the activation.

i had to turn off my anti virus and windows settings for firewalls to do it as well try that as i was using avira and it wouldnt let it run
