I just installed the Ps3 Eye in my computer, everything work fine, but can’t use it in either MSN or Skype, it doesn’t appear in the video configuration in neither or those. In other words the ps3 eye is not detected as a device, it only detects the audio devices. Checked Device Manager too and everything’s fine.

my hardware configuration is:
512MB NVIDIA Quadro FX 3600M
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T9500 2.6GHz
4gb DDR2
and im using Windows 7 Pro x64

Can you run the CL-Eye Test? Do you see the camera output?

yeah…the only problem is using it in MSN and other programs, it just not in the list of cameras…:S

I’ve got the same problem under windows xp sp2 ....
the cl-eye test runs perfect but under MSN the webcam is not available.. doesnt show anywhere !!

my problem was solved:
first i install the CL-Eye-Driver-4.0.1.0217.exe and then i’ve changed the usb connection to other fast port of my laptop and its working .. msn and skype!
