Lost a camera credit when registering via CL-Eye Device Manager

I have used 4 credits, but only have 3 cameras registered.

Please can i have a credit refunded??? I need to get the 4th one asap.

BUMP… Can i get an answer please? You can clearly see in my account that i have only 3 activated devices, and 4 used credits, so would appreciate if the credit can be re-instated

Yes, i had opened a support ticket, before resorting to the forum. Unfortunately i believe that this part of CL may be left in a dark cupboard. I have sent countless requests via their contact, support, and now forum posts. All with no response. Clearly a bad sign!

To all future project builders beware. I had to buy another 2 credits in the end, and the drivers are still buggy. The PS3 eyes don’t come back online when you turn on the machine unless you unplug them all and plug them in again. Something thats not acceptable for an interactive installation. This is also an issue i see they promised a fix for some time ago.

I have the same problum but insted of one credit I lost both
