I’m using windows 7 and the device is detected as

3-USB audio device

I can’t turn the volume up in windows settings, the slider doesn’t move.

please help, thanks

The microphone driver is separate from the Video stream (which we handle) the mic should be recognized as a general input device on Windows 7/8.
