Unfortunately the device manager doesn’t work as expected on my machine. On executing it shows the device manager screen, but then it crashes showing a popup containing the text ‘CLEye Device Manager has stopped working’.

The event log shows that there is a problem concerning the ntdll.dll.  I’ve searched the internet for similar problems (there are a lot), but haven’t found a solution.

Hope someone recognizes this problem, and has a solution for me.

System info:
Windows 7 Pro (64)
Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q8200
4 GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce 6600

Erwin,

Please download the latest SDK and try the updated CL-Eye Device Manager and let us know if you have any problems.

Thanks.

Alex,

the new device manager starts like a charm, but when trying to activate the devices I’m running into a Script Error. See attachment for details.

By the way, i’m loggin using my Google account.

Erwin,

Try the the SDK version 1.6.3.0339. The issue with the device manager should be fixed. Please report if you continue to have issues.

Thanks

solved…

i had to disable IE10 as a windows feature.

Then go to “view installed updates”

uninstall IE10 -> Restart

Then go to “view installed updates”

uninstall IE9 -> Restart

Works with IE8 ... pretty annoying.

If anyone has the same issue.. i also uninstalled java… dont think that changed anything…
