I installed the new driver which is 5.0xxx in a fresh new computer. Our computer have total 12 ps3 cameras.
- if I did not start any program that will access camera device, reboot is ok. same as the old driver.
- if I start the cleye-test program which accessing camera by directx filter, and reboot is ok.
- if I start our own program or the sample program(CLEyeMulticamTest.exe) came with platform sdk (they are all buid with sdk), reboot is hanging.

that means, the system is hanging at start up after reboot if I start CLEyeMulticamTest.exe(the program came with sdk installer).

Are you using any USB hubs to connect your cameras to the PC? What kind of OS are you using? This might be a BIOS issue. You might have to reset the BIOS settings on your computer.

yes, we are using 2 USB hubs, each one follows 6 cameras.  The OS is Windows 7 64 bit. And we did not change any bios settings.
Two different tests are:
1, after system start up, we ran the CLEye-Test program, which using dx filter, then reboot system.
2, after system start up, we ran CLEyeMulticamTest.exe program, then reboot system.

the first test is ok, system reboot succeed.
the second test is failed, system is hanging after bios self-testing.

Also I get this problem as before.

- Connect to camera using SDK
- disconnect from camera
- restart PC
- Device not recognised error

I need to do a full shutdown and turn the PC off at the wall to rectify this !
