ok so i have installed everything but when i open the program it only shows black for the kinect feed
and i am running windows xp 32 bit SP3

for anyone who’s reading this i have been able to get the two screens now but one is black and the other white, but on a sidenote when it was opened it wouldn’t close at all anymore eventually my system kinda crashed lol

We would recommend trying with Windows 7 32 or 64 bit. Also this could be issue with USB bus so assure to test multiple ports or consider getting a PCI USB Board.

I recommend to you that you have to use 64 bit i think you may facing this problem because of your graphics of your pc ....... I think it may help you otherwise you have to contact with your vendor…............
