Purchased driver and Playstation Eye camera in order to use it for game recording/live streaming through Nvidia GeForce Experience and make Skype Calls (win10 version and desktop classic version). Unfortunately it did not work as expected or to be precise as I hopped.

The CL Eye Test Application works just fine under Windows 10, but that’s it, the software provided doesn’t offer any hardware detection under third party applications like Skype or GeForce Experience.

I suppose that the 64bit version of the OS or the aformentioned application are the culprit.

Ordered/paid for the CL Eye SDK, haven’t gotten anything yet…

I submitted an order for the CL Eye SDK, and paid for it via PayPal back on 28 Jul 2014, but as of today (2 Aug 2014) I’ve not heard anything from Code Labs. Nor has my account been created. Nor have I received a verification email to get my account created. I had to use a personal email address and log into the Code Labs website via Facebook in order to post this.

I have a CV project under active development that is already making headway using a PS3 Eye cam and Ubuntu 14.04/OpenCV 2.4.9, but still need a means to make similar magic happen in Windows. And this lack of response is holding up progress.

I need either a download link for the SDK or a refund within a reasonable timeframe. I can provide the email address used for the purchase, PayPal transaction ID, etc. for verification. Thanks.

Video works great. Audio produces massive static noise. What’s the fix?

I purchased your driver because I’m using the PS3Eye as an IR sensor for head tracking, which after modification (i.e. butchering the optics) works amazingly well. However all I get from the audio side of the driver is peak levels of random static. Windows 7/64 acknowledges the microphone and all of the drivers appear to be operating correctly but no audio is being delivered to applications just max level static. If you look at the Windows microphone device window the VU meter associated with the mic is pegged to max so it’s not an application thing. If I open CL-Eye test (which is working perfectly) and select Options/Audio Capture Filter and uncheck Pin Line Input Mix Enable it kills the static but it also kills the mic completely. Also all of the parameter adjustments are greyed out and cannot be adjusted. Is there a fix for this or is the audio side broken? I’ve re-installed the driver three times and moved the camera to two of my USB busses. I am running V5.3.0.0341.

The PS3 Eye makes a great IR tracker sensor but I’d love to use the mic for a Skype session during Wing operations in Elite Dangerous.

I have the drivers, SDK and 2 credits activated for my 2-camera config on Win10.
Everything works for me with 1 camera, but the dual config (I can switch them, so I know both cameras working individually) is not visible to CL-Eye Test or i.e. Skype.

I don’t know how to correctly set second camera for windows 10 use, so I could choose (lets say: in Skype) - PS3EyeCamera#1 and/or PS3EyeCamera#2

Please help.
