I would have a few specific questions before making my purchase, your html support form consistently fails with a server connection error (from multiple PCs and operating systems), and your email address “support[at]codelaboratories.com” indicated elsewhere on the forum rejects my email, from my registered email address, that is, with the server message:

550 550 5.7.0 Your server IP address is in the Better Business Bureau Spam database, bye (state 13).

It is a main commercial ISP in the UK, so, would it be possible to contact you online by any means found suitable? I would like to make an informed purchase, preferably avoiding Paypal too, assuming that a direct bank transfer would suffice as well.
