I did—and still can’t activate.  For details, just search on the posts I’ve made.

It’s probably related to something getting confused when I set up my account.  Regardless, I can’t even get acknowledgement from an admin or replies to numerous emails to tech support.

It’s been almost two weeks, and I can’t even get an email reply for my $40.

Not asking much and trying not to get angry.

Dave,

We have sent two emails to you with no luck, I think there is a mismatch of mail servers:

This is an informative message sent by mail.codelaboratories.com

The server was not able to deliver your email message

I will review your account now and see what is going on. If possible email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) from another email so we can properly reply.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will resolve this promptly.

Thanks, CL Support

The title of the thread is:

Ok, read the private messages, and sent email from my .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) account and my work email.

So, reviewing, the 4 credits show up under my account when using the web browser.  They don’t show up in device manager, so I can’t activate.

Also, I get lots of email (too much) at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Thanks,

Everything looks good now.

I was also able to activate my camera.

Thanks!
