To begin with I couldn’t download the installer exe to begin with (it would slowly get up to 50k or so then stop)
so I downloaded from another site.

Now when I actually run the installer it repeatedly gets stuck on one file (“CLEyedevices.dll”) and times out.

I noticed several posts about these issues, but it seems there has been no resolution of the problem.
except someone mentioned getting another forum member to send them the files and manually place them. Would anyone be so kind ?

noto have you resolved this issue? normally this just means your connection to the CL Download Servers are intermittent.

I’m also having the same problem, except that it is with WdfCoInstaller01009.dll and it always times out. I’ve been trying many times over the past 2 weeks but still can’t get the driver to install. Is there some way to improve my connection to the CL download server?

I was having the same problem. It worked when i started in safe mode, so try that
