Purchased CL-Eye Platform SDK, only got Device manager

I got the installing CL-Eye-Platform-SDK-1.6.4.0028.exe. After installation,  the CL-SDK folder only has a device manager. Help me please!
I’m running on Windows 7.

Please looking in your user folder where the SDK installs with samples and libraries.
