Hi everyone,
Having been developing extensively for the last week or so with the CL NUI SDK, I have noticed a problem.
On ANY Windows 7/Vista 64-bit machine I try to use the current version of the Kinect driver (and NUI DLL) on, the Depth and RGB feeds are seriously shaky (juddering) to the point where any meaningful motion capture is impossible.

I have tested this now on all 6 of my primary development systems, 5 of which are Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and one of which is Windows Vista x64 ultimate.

I then, randomly, decided to test it on a Windows Vista x86 system and, as I had suspected, it worked perfectly.

Is there any sort of timeline in which we can expect the x64 bug to be worked out in a release?

Thanks in advance!

+1 same symptom, the sdk’s sample works fine, no crash on x86 windows 7 pro. but crashes on windows 7 x64 pro when stopping the camera. I am guessing the driver, dll and such is for x86.

Hmm, is there a way I can put the driver into 32 bit execution on my 64 bit machine so that it’s interpreted correctly?
