We have been experiencing the following problems when using the SDK (for 8 cameras) which had purchsed earlier:

1. When executing the CLEyeMulticamTest.exe, the screen only display “Found 2 cameras” which means only 2 cameras can be found in the detection screen panel
2. When using CCV 1.3, we can only activate 2 out of 8 cameras
3. Pls refer to the attached screenshot. Although there’s an indication of 7 connected cameras, we can only activate 2 cameras

Anyone out there could help us to resolve the issue with the SDK. Appreciate it. Cheers!

Hello,

1. The CLEyeMulticamTest.exe example in the bin directory uses the developer version of CLEyeMulticam.dll and as such it only detects two cameras.
Please use the CLEyeMulticamTest.exe located in the Redist directory. Alternatively you can copy the CLEyeMulticam.dll file from the Redist dir to the bin directory to get access to all 8 cameras from the sample apps.

2. The current version of CCV 1.3 uses the older version of multicam library. It currently only support 2 cameras. We are working on input component that will support more cameras in the future. You can of course develop your own input camera stitching component for CCV using the redist version of the CLEyeMulticam.dll and add support for all eight cameras.
