So, i could really use some people’s help and insight on this. Basically after not being able to install the driver, I finally fixed my proxy settings, and got it to work. NOW the problem is that the camera won’t work. The sound works, but when i try the Eye Test, it says NO CAMERA FOUND.

I do have a usb 2.0 port so I am not sure whats wrong. Also my computer is Windows XP x32. Thats all I know about it off the top of my head. If you need any more info to help me then just ask.

EDIT: Alright I got it to work, but ooVoo will not recognize the ps3 eye right now. Any suggestions?

I would like to use PS3EYE for Freetrack headtracker, but the camera not see the IR leds properly distance. I use 940nm vaweleng 1w IR powerleds, but the camera just see them about 10-20cm.
Can someone help me how can I setup well to use aprox 1,5-2m.
Os where can I find some info the camera properties ? Focus distance, F number , IR sensitivness ect..
