i am also preparing an image program, i use the latest twain technology to capture images in vb.net. as a sdk it has other image processing functions as well.

i would be very interested in your progress. I have a similar task to achieve but i need to capture 50fps images on vga namespacing them with the current system time and frame number.

so far i achieved this with opencv and webcam control but i want to have a go using the sdk. unfortunately using open cv i only get ~30 fps.

hopefully using the sdk this will work better?
