Ok, so let’s get the basics out of the way. I’m using an Acer Aspire 5517 laptop with Windows 7 x64 OS.

Installed the PS Eye driver without incident. Mic works fine, picture quality is good, no complaints.

The problem is that I get these odd visual glitches. Half the image will scramble intermittently for a split second, and every now and then the entire image will scramble for about 2 seconds. I thought it was just with the test program but it also happens with other programs such as messenger. I’ve gone through every option available in the Test program and nothing really helps. Is there something I’m missing? I downloaded driver version 4.0.2.1017.

Also, is there any way to un-mirror the image?
