I have the ps3 eye hooked up to PC and downloaded CL-eye-platform. The audio did not work at first then I un-muted the mic volume. Now when I watch the recording it has a scratchy sound, what do I need to do?

What OS are you running on? The audio drivers are using default Windows drivers. Make sure that your Windows installation is up to date with all updates.
