Hello guys. I have 2 problems. When I install the drivers, it installs perfectly, but at the end it never installs me the CL EYE TEST.

Anyways, it records sound, but when I record a song the only thing you can hear is pure bass, looks like the camera is very sensible to any bass tone, so there isn’t any mids or highs tones. If I wanna use my camera to records songs it is impossible cuz it only detects bass. But if I speak, it works perfectly. How can I fix this?

Edit: I installed the CL EYE test program via usb from another computer, but when I launch it it says :

Sorry, you have no video capture hardware.

Video capture will not function properly.
