The problem is that when I connect the camera and run the program CL-Eye Test, there is no picture of the camera. Only appears a black window, and the camera is both red and blue LEDs on. It also happens when I start a video call in Messenger and other programs. Why not see any image on the camera? I have reinstalled the program several times and the drivers and only a black screen appears each time I use it.
