Hello!

I have an issue with CL Eye Platform Driver (ver. 5.3.0.0341), Windows 10. After system startup Windows responds an error “Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed) code 43”, so camera is not recognized. System reboot does not help—I have to plug and unplug camera cable manually from usb port, so after it starts to work. I’m looking for advice how to solve this and hope for your assistance.
