Is there a way to unlock the image settings (brightness, exposure, etc) when using the PS3 Eye driver? When I open the properties of the camera, everything is grayed out and I can’t change any of the settings.

What application are you using with your camera?
In order to change the camera settings, the camera needs to be capturing, otherwise it doesn’t make sense changing settings you cannot see.
The camera settings are persistent, so any change in one application will stay when used in the other one. You can verify this by using CL Eye Test application.
