ok i have downloaded the driver and installed it but then when the found new hardware wizard comes up i click to install the file and at the end it sais could not install driver because the perameter is incorrect any suggestions?

What are the specs of your system:

- Laptop or Desktop?
- Windows OS version and SP number?
- CPU type and speed
- Memory GB?
- USB controller?

iunno about the usb controller its not a 2.0 port though

I’m sorry to say, but your system is below the minimum hardware requirements. The USB port must be 2.0 for this camera to work. For more info please take a look at here.
