Hello!
Ive got one hell of a problem and I cannot figure out how to fix it. I recently bought a PS3 eye cam and I downloaded the PS3 cam driver for it. On the test program I can see my face at 640x480 res at 30 FPS. If I switch the camera to 640x480 at 60FPS, the screen preview window turns black and you dont see anything although the camera is obviously on (Red and blue light on). Things I have tried so far:
-Unistall and reinstall of both drivers and FaceTracking software
-Installing Facetrack Demo or whatever its called
-System Restore
-Different usb ports
-sfc/scannow
-codec check
I cannot use the PS3 eye cam in Skype or any other application either. The weird part is I also tried your software and the PS3 camera on my laptop and that worked perfectly!
I am at my witts end and I cannot think what it could be. Im sure the problem lies somewhere in this FPS change and that both Skype and Face Track No IR are trying to pull 60 FPS. If someone could help me I would be very grateful!
Thanks!
Oh and system specs are Windows 7 64 bit i5 4690k with 16GB of Ram. Running two NVIDIA GeForce 460 v2.
