I need to install CL-Eye Driver on a Win 7 32-bit machine that cannot have internet access due to security reasons.
When I run the CL-Eye-Driver-4.0.2.1017.exe file, the script stalls trying to Download PS3EyeCamera.inf.  I assume it’s trying to download the file from the Code Laboratories website, which it cannot access since there is no internet connection for the machine.  Is there any way I can complete the CL-Eye driver installation with a package that has all the necessary files included so that it does not need to go on the internet to download?

I have this exact same problem.
The machine is military-owned and thus cannot be allowed on the internet.
The installer fails on a network access.
Is there any version of the installer that doesn’t require internet?
