Hi,

After installation of the driver, my PS3 Cl-Eye camera is being persistently detected as a USB audio device. It appears to function as a camera in Skype but is not detected by any other software. Device Manager tells me only the generic Microsoft driver is installed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Update :

After an upteenth re-installation I now have a new “CodeLabs Devices” device type in the Device Manager with the PS3Eye Camera registered in it. This is still not detected and registered as an imaging device however and will still not be detected by any other software than Skype and the CL-Eye test. The fact that Skype sees it but nothing else is really driving me insane. I would really appreciate any help on this.
