We have added a new ticket tracking system for CL Customers, you can access this service at anytime by logging into your CL Account and going to ( on the left hand side under “Customer Support Request”. We apologize however this system is only for paying customers as it is our priority to resolve their issues as fast as possible.

For all other requests please use the contact form on ( and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Also posting here on the community forums is a great way to ask any questions or provide feedback.
