I’m running windows 7 and I’ve followed the directions carefully. However, when i start up the test program i get 0.00 FPS and a blank screen. Hope I can find some help here thanks!
Typically when this kind of problem is encountered, it means that the PS3Eye camera is plugged into a USB 1.0/1.1 port.
Some users experienced this kind of problem when their camera was plugged to the front of the computer.
So try plugging your camera into a different USB port (possibly at the back of your machine) and make sure the port fully supports hi-speed USB 2.0 (480Mbit/s) protocol.
